Chicken n’ waffles sample mix

  • 1/2 box (11 oz.) Life Cereal (Corn Chex, Crispix, or Rice Chex will do in a pinch)

  • 1/2 box (9 oz) Kix Cereal

  • 1/2 box (9 oz) Multigrain Cheerios (Honey Nut Cheerios work too!)

  • 1 cup neutral oil (canola, vegetable, or peanut oil work best)

  • 1 package Bangin Chicken N Waffles spice mix

    Instructions:

  • Preheat (optional): If you like your crackers extra crispy, preheat your oven to 250°F.

  • Mix it up: In a large mixing bowl or a two gallon-size zip-top bag, combine the oil and Chicken N Waffles spice mix. Stir or shake well until the seasoning is evenly blended into the oil.

  • Add the crackers: Pour the crackers into the bowl or bag. Toss or shake until every cracker is coated in that sweet, savory goodness.

  • Let them marinate: Let the crackers sit for at least 1 hour (or overnight) to soak up the flavor. Stir occasionally if using a bowl.

  • Bake (optional): Spread the crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, to lock in the flavor and crunch. Let cool before serving. I bake the samples!!!!!

Chicken N Waffles Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sour cream (light sour cream is great too!)

    OR

  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream & 1/2 cup mayo

    OR

  • 2 cups whole milk greek yogurt

    OR

  • 1 16 oz container classic hummus

    OR

  • 2 cups of your favorite cracker companion (avocado, cream cheese etc)!!!

  • 1 package Bangin! Chicken N Waffles spice mix

Optional Toppings:

  • Crumbled bacon

  • A drizzle of maple syrup or hot honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix it up: In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, Chicken N Waffles spice mix, and maple syrup (if using). Stir until smooth and well blended.

  2. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

  3. Garnish & serve: Right before serving, top with crumbled bacon, mini waffle pieces, and/or a light drizzle of maple syrup or hot honey for that bangin! final touch.

Christie’s bangin party mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag candy corn (11 oz)

  • ½ box Kix cereal (about 9 oz)

  • 1 box Honey Oh’s cereal (14 oz)

  • ½ box Life cereal (about 11 oz)

  • 1 can honey roasted cashews (8.25 oz)

  • ⅔ cup canola oil

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 1 package Bangin’ Chicken N Waffle Spice Blend

Instructions:

  1. Mix it up
    In a very large bowl, combine the Kix, Honey Oh’s, and Life cereals. Stir in the honey roasted cashews and candy corn.

  2. Add the flavor
    Drizzle the canola oil and melted butter evenly over the dry mixture. Sprinkle the Bangin’ Chicken N Waffle Spice Blend across the top.

  3. Toss to coat
    Using a large spoon or spatula, gently toss everything together until the cereals, nuts, and candy corn are well coated with the oil, butter, and spice blend.

  4. Let it sit
    Cover the bowl (or transfer mixture into an airtight container) and let it sit at room temperature overnight. This gives the flavors time to marry and the spice blend to really soak into the mix.

  5. Serve & enjoy

  • 14-18 oz of about any darn cracker!!!!

Chicken N Waffles Breakfast Quesadillas

Ingredients:

  • 2 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Bangin' Chicken N Waffles spice mix

  • 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • Butter or oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken: In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with Chicken N Waffles spice mix and maple syrup until well coated.

  2. Assemble the quesadilla: On one tortilla, layer half the cheese, the seasoned chicken, and optional scrambled eggs or bacon. Add remaining cheese on top and cover with the second tortilla.
