Firecracker Ranch Burgers

Makes 4–6 patties

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 for juicy burgers)
• 1 packet Firecracker Ranch (3 Tbsp)
• 1 egg, optional, for binding
• Buns, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles

Instructions

1. Mix the beef with the whole packet. Add the egg if you like a firmer patty.
2. Form 4–6 equal patties.
3. Grill over medium-high, 4–5 minutes a side.
4. Melt cheddar over the top for the last minute, then build on toasted buns.

Tip: Try it smash-style on a flat top for crisp edges.
