Shipping & returns

Shipping

• We ship to U.S. addresses only.
• Shipping is $6.95 per order, and free on orders of $75.00 or more.
• Fundraiser orders that ship: $8.95 per order, and free on orders of $75.00 or more.
• Orders ship within [2–4] business days. Delivery usually takes [3–5] business days after that.
• We’ll email you a tracking number when your order ships.

Team delivery (fundraisers)

If you chose team delivery, there’s no shipping charge. We pack your order in your seller’s bag and deliver it to the team after the fundraiser closes; the team hands it to you. The expected date is shown at checkout and in your receipt.

Refunds & Returns

Something not quite Bangin? Email pamela@banginfoods.com with your order number—we’re happy to help!

• Damaged, wrong, or missing items: Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Send a photo when possible, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
• Returns: Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Contact us first. Return postage is your responsibility, and original shipping isn’t refundable unless we made a mistake. We can’t accept opened food returns, but please reach out with any quality concerns.
• Cancellations: Contact us quickly! Orders canceled before packing receive a full refund, including shipping.
• Fundraiser orders: The same policy applies. Refunded merchandise is deducted from the athlete’s or team’s fundraising credit.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for them to appear.
