Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy Bangin Spices from banginfoods.com. The seller is Bangin Foods LLC (“we”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are set when you place your order. We confirm every order by email. If we can’t fill an order — for example, a flavor sells out — we’ll refund you for what we can’t send.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through our payment processor. Sales tax is added where required.

Fundraiser orders

Part of each fundraiser order goes to the team or organization named on the page, in the amount shown at checkout. We pay that amount to the organization after the fundraiser closes, less any refunds. Fundraiser orders chosen for team delivery are handed out by the team on its delivery date; we aren’t responsible for orders after they’re handed to the team’s organizer.

Food and allergens

Our blends are made in a kitchen that also handles [list major allergens, e.g. milk, wheat, soy]. Check each product’s label for ingredients and allergen information before use.

Limits

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kansas or federal law that can’t be waived.
